Policies

General Client Policies

  • Clients must attend alone (no children or guests)

  • Must be 18+ for SPMU and booster treatments (ID required)

  • Medical conditions, medications, or allergies must be disclosed

  • Clients with eczema, cold sores, or psoriasis on treatment area must reschedule

  • Single-use, sterilised needles and sanitised equipment are always used

Booking & Deposits

  • £25 deposit required for non-invasive treatments

  • 50% deposit required for semi-permanent makeup and vitamin boosters

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Bookings are only confirmed after the deposit payment

  • The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day

  • Card payments incur a £3 surcharge

  • Mobile services available upon request; travel fees apply

  • Out-of-hours appointments available for an extra charge

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 72-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule

  • Less than 72 hours’ notice = forfeiture of deposit

  • Same-day cancellations require a new deposit (unless medically excused)

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation

  • Deposits can be transferred if notice is given at least 7 days in advance

Pre-Treatment Guidelines

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners 24 hours prior

  • Avoid sunbeds and exposure a week before

  • No facial treatments 2 weeks before

  • Botox or fillers must be done 4+ weeks prior to session

Post-Treatment Care

  • Follow aftercare instructions

  • Avoid water, sweating, and sun exposure for 7–10 days

  • Do not pick or scratch treated areas

Touch-Up Policy

  • Touch-up needed within 4–8 weeks for optimal results

  • Every SPMU procedure typically requires 2 sessions

  • Book second session 6 weeks after the first

  • Healing varies by client; initial colour will fade naturally

Health & Safety

CLIENTS MUST DISCLOSE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, MEDICATIONS, OR ALLERGIES THAT MAY AFFECT THE TREATMENT (E.G. ECZEMA, PSORIASIS, COLD SORES) IN THE TREATMENT AREA MAY NEED TO POSTPONE THEIR APPOINTMENT UNTIL THE CONDITION RESOLVES.
